The villa Terravista Golf 62 was designed by the renowned Brazilian architect David Bastos and is undoubtedly a wonderful and luxurious villa with modern decor, but without losing the Chic an rustic style of Trancoso. Very well located in the condominium Terravista Golf, it has a spacious lounge area around swimming pool with ocean view!
BEDROOMS:
- Master Suite: Super king size Bed, privates terrace, en-suite bathroom with hydro massage, air conditioning and mosquito net.
- Bedroom 2: Queen size Bed, private terrace, en-suite bathroom and shower, air Conditioning.
- Suite 3-6: 2 single beds (reversible into king size), some with private terrace, en-suite bathroom and shower, air conditioning.
GENERAL:
- Living room with cable TV (sky) and Wi-Fi.
- Barbecue / Wood oven, ice machine, swimming pool with wooden deck, lounge area and outdoor furniture.
- Garage for 4 cars.

CANCELATION POLICIES:
- 50% payment in advance to secure the reservation when the signing of the contract.
- 50% payment 15 days before the start of the rental agreement.
- CARNIVAL E NEW YEARS:
- 50% payment in advance to secure the reservation when the signing of the contract.
- 50% payment 30 days before the start of the rental agreement.
- There is no refund in case of cancellations.

- The villa is located in the Condominium Terravista Golf next to Club Med Trancoso and about 15 min. drive from the center of Trancoso.
- 5 min. drive to the private Terravista Airport and 50 minutes drive to the Porto Seguro International Airport.
- 5 min. walk to the golf course of Terravista.
- Private Beach Access: 10 min. walk to the Taipe beach and 15 min. walk to the turtle beach from the condo, and 5 min. drive from the Rio da Barra beach.
