The Caju house is built in independent blocks with o tqtql build area of 1,090m2 spread across a 2,460m2 lot located in the Altos de Trancoso Condominium, just a 10-minute walk from Quadrado and Praia dos Nativos and Coqueiros. The blocks are connected by stone paths and beautiful wooden walkways, which blend harmoniously with the garden, providing a unique sensory experience as you move between the spaces.
The landscaping prioritizes native species, and the use of natural materials intensifies the sense of refuge, with nature ever present—whether through the light filtering through the leaves, the birdsong, or the breeze that circulates freely through the open spaces. The residence's decentralized layout promotes privacy while simultaneously encouraging moments of conviviality in common areas, such as the veranda, gourmet area, and pool, which open onto the surrounding vegetation.

- There is no refund in case of cancellations.

- 20 min. by car from Terravista Airport and 1 hour from Porto Seguro International Airport.
- 10 min. walk to the historical center, Square of Trancoso.
- 10 min. on foot you have access to Coqueiros beach.
