• Access to the Turtles beach within the condominium and the Rio Da Barra Beach and restaurant.

 VILLA POLICIES

• Maximum 10 guests.
• Bedrooms and internal social area are non-smoking.

 CANCELATION POLICIES:

• 50% payment in advance to secure the reservation when the signing of the contract.
• 50% payment 15 days before the start of the rental agreement.


• CARNIVAL E NEW YEARS:
• 50% payment in advance to secure the reservation when the signing of the contract.
• 50% payment 30 days before the start of the rental agreement.
• There is no refund in case of cancellations.

 LOCATION:

• The villa is located in the Condominium Terravista Golf next to Club Med Trancoso and about 15 min. drive from the center of Trancoso.
• 5 min. drive to the private Terravista Airport and 50 minutes drive to the Porto Seguro International Airport.
• 5 min. walk to the golf course of Terravista.
• Private Beach Access: 10 min. walk with an elevator to the Taipe beach from the condo, and 5 min. drive from the Rio da Barra beach.
