• CARNIVAL E NEW YEARS:
• 50% payment in advance to secure the reservation when the signing of the contract.
• 50% payment 30 days before the start of the rental agreement.
• There is no refund in case of cancellations.

• The villa is located in the Condominium Aldeia de Itapororoca, about 15 min. drive from the center of Trancoso.
  
• 30 min. drive from the Terravista Airport and 1h:15 drive from the Porto Seguro International Airport.
  
• 10 min. walk access to beach of Itapororoca from the condo.
