DESCRIPTION:
The villa is located in the Altos de Trancoso condominium with the design inspired by the cross of São Bento, the Altar house is a sanctuary of integration. At the center of this cross is the kitchen, the heart of the house, where all alchemy takes place. The condominium is a 10-minute walk from the square or the beach, and has 24-hour security.

- Bedroom 2: King size bed, bathroom with shower, mosquito net, air conditioning.
- Bedroom 3: 3 single beds, bathroom with shower, mosquito net, air conditioning.

CANCELATION POLICIES:
- 50% payment in advance to secure the reservation when the signing of the contract.
- 50% payment 15 days before the start of the rental agreement.
- CARNIVAL E NEW YEARS:
- 50% payment in advance to secure the reservation when the signing of the contract.
- 50% payment 30 days before the start of the rental agreement.
- There is no refund in case of cancellations.
