A 296 m2 villa on a 1,200 m2 plot is located in Condomínio Altos de Trancoso, just 10 minutes walk from Quadrado and Praia dos Nativos and Coqueiros.

- Dining room with table for 14 people.
- Outdoor area with swimming pool, outdoor shower, sun loungers, electric barbecue.
- Full kitchen with 2 refrigerators, 1 upright freezer, 1 industrial 4-burner stove/oven, 1 40l electric oven, microwave, general appliances, espresso machine and ice maker. .
- Covered garage for 2 cars.
SERVICES:
Included in the rent:
- 1 cook, 1 kitchen assistant, 1 housekeeper and 1 garden/pool service, cleaning of the rooms and social area every day.
- Availability of beach and pool towels.

- There is no refund in case of cancellations.
