This house consists of 5 bedrooms with interior spaces that integrate with the nature and landscaping that surround the house, providing the sensation of being outdoors, contemplating the lush nature characteristic of Bahia, the beauty of the condominium's golf course and the swimming pool with lounge that harmonizes with the entire proposal of the house.

Included in the rent:
- 1 maids, 1 cook, 1 gardener, Cleaning the rooms and social area every day.
- Availability of beach and pool towels.
Extra Cost (advance notice may be required):
- Villa pre-stocking.
- Activities and excursions, massage, baby sitter service, private chef.
- Golf Course and day/night use of the Club Med facilities (pool, restaurant, sports, mini club ...) our guests are entitled to discounted rates.
- Access to the Turtles beach within the condominium and the Rio Da Barra Beach and restaurant.
VILLA POLICIES
- Maximum 10 guests.
- Bedrooms and internal social area are non-smoking.
CANCELATION POLICIES:
- 50% payment in advance to secure the reservation when the signing of the contract.
- 50% payment 15 days before the start of the rental agreement.
- CARNIVAL E NEW YEARS:
- 50% payment in advance to secure the reservation when the signing of the contract.
- 50% payment 30 days before the start of the rental agreement.
- There is no refund in case of cancellations.
LOCATION:
- The villa is located in the Condominium Terravista Golf next to Club Med Trancoso and about 15 min. drive from the center of Trancoso.
- 5 min. drive to the private Terravista Airport and 50 minutes drive to the Porto Seguro International Airport.
- 5 min. walk to the golf course of Terravista.
- Private Beach Access: 10 min. walk with an elevator to the Taipe beach from the condo, and 5 min. drive from the Rio da Barra beach.
