DESCRIPTION:
This beach villa surrounded by the Atlantic Forest on a plot of 10,000 m² with more than 100m of seafront area. The villa was built on stilts and surrounded by native trees, a beautiful pool with sea views, a sauna and a gazebo, built especially so that guests can see the full moon rise from the sea.

CANCELATION POLICIES:
- 50% payment in advance to secure the reservation when the signing of the contract.
- 50% payment 15 days before the start of the rental agreement.
- CARNIVAL and NEW YEARS:
- 50% payment in advance to secure the reservation when the signing of the contract.
- 50% payment 30 days before the start of the rental agreement.
- There is no refund in case of cancellations.

- 30 min. drive from the Terravista Airport and 1h:15 drive from the Porto Seguro International Airport.
