DESCRIPTION:
The villa is located in Condominium Vilas Altos de Trancoso, right on the beach at Praia dos Coqueiros and 10 minutes walk from Quadrado, where Trancoso's social life takes place. The villa has an architectural and decoration project designed by Gui Mattos, with 3 suites, two floors and a total construction area of 233m2. The condominium preserved 96% of its natural area, including a beautiful walkway through the mangrove to access the beach from within the condominium.
