DESCRIPTION:
This villa is located in a privileged location on top of a hill facing the golf hole No. 17, with a breathtaking view of the golf course and the preserved Atlantic rain forest. The vila has several outdoor spaces to make the most of summer time in Trancoso. The lounge area next to the pool is perfect for reading, playing snooker or for a well deserved siesta.

- There is no refund in case of cancellations.

- The villa is located in the Condominium Terravista Golf next to Club Med Trancoso and about 15 min. drive from the center of Trancoso.
- 5 min. drive to the private Terravista Airport and 50 minutes drive to the Porto Seguro International Airport.
- 5 min. walk to the golf course of Terravista.
- Private Beach Access: 10 min. walk to the Taipe beach and 15 min. walk to the turtle beach from the condo, and 5 min. drive from the Rio da Barra beach.
