This villa of 2 bedrooms, 136m2 is located in Condominium Terravista villas, model Terra. Guests can take advantage of the condominium pool, tennis court, outdoor gym, turtle beach, the condominium's jogging streets and the 18-hole golf course.

- Bedroom 1: Queen size bed, bathroom and shower, balcony, split air conditioning and mosquito net.
- Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, bathroom and shower, balcony, split air conditioning and mosquito net.
GENERAL:
- Living room with cable TV and Wifi.
- Dining room with table for 6 people with exit to the balcony.
- Full eauiped kitchen with freezer.
- Swimming pool in the Condominium area.
SERVICES:

- Swimming pool in the common area of the condominium.
Extra Cost (advance notice may be required):

CANCELATION POLICIES:
- 50% payment in advance to secure the reservation when the signing of the contract.
- 50% payment 15 days before the start of the rental agreement.
- CARNIVAL AND NEW YEARS:
- 50% payment in advance to secure the reservation when the signing of the contract.
- 50% payment 30 days before the start of the rental agreement.
- There is no refund in case of cancellations.

- The villa is located in the Condominium Terravista Vilas next to Terravista Golf in Trancoso and about 15 min. drive from the center of Trancoso.
- 5 min. drive to the private Terravista Airport and 50 minutes drive to the Porto Seguro International Airport.
- 5 min. walk to the golf course of Terravista.
- Private Beach Access: 10 min. walk to the Taipe beach and 15 min. walk to the turtle beach from the condo, and 5 min. drive from the Rio da Barra beach.
