DESCRIPTION:
The villa Terravista Golf 31 is located in front of the golf course with 6 rooms, all with TV and DVD. Two spacious living rooms with views to the pool and wooden deck. Dining room with table that seats 12 people. The master suite upstairs has around 90 m², with double spa bath, king size bed, mini bar, balcony, dressing room and breathtaking views of the golf. The villa has barbecue and sauna in the leisure area.

- 1 Master bedroom with king size bed, Double Jacuzzi, dressing room and balcony with sea view and golf.

- Access to the Turtles beach within the condominium and the Rio Da Barra Beach and restaurant.

CANCELATION POLICIES:
- 50% payment in advance to secure the reservation when the signing of the contract.
- 50% payment 15 days before the start of the rental agreement.
- CARNIVAL E NEW YEARS:
- 50% payment in advance to secure the reservation when the signing of the contract.
- 50% payment 30 days before the start of the rental agreement.
- There is no refund in case of cancellations.

- The villa is located in the Condominium Terravista Golf next to Club Med Trancoso and about 15 min. drive from the center of Trancoso.
- 5 min. drive to the private Terravista Airport and 50 minutes drive to the Porto Seguro International Airport.
- 5 min. walk to the golf course of Terravista.
- Private Beach Access: 10 min. walk to the Taipe beach and 15 min. walk to the turtle beach from the condo, and 5 min. drive from the Rio da Barra beach.
