The villa was on the cover of the Brazilian magazine "Building Rustic Villas Number 13" in 2012. Located in the condominium Pedro Grande at about 2 km from the center of Trancoso near the famous Pousadas Estrela D'Agua , Villas de Trancoso and condominium Terravista on a plot of 3,722 m2 of ( building area of 860.41 m2) with a large wooden deck surrounding the villa and overlooking the sea.
